I have extensive experience reviewing policies across social care, inclusive practice, education, and business settings. My focus is always the same: are these policies usable, understood, and making a real difference to the people they are designed to support?

What I Do

I review policies through both lived and professional experience, offering a clear and honest assessment of how they perform in real-life environments.

This includes:

Reviewing policies across social care, schools, and organisations

Identifying gaps between written policy and day-to-day practice

Highlighting where inclusion is not fully realised

Assessing whether policies are realistic, accessible, and actionable

Providing clear recommendations for improvement

Following the review, I produce a structured report outlining practical improvements, which can be shared with senior leadership for discussion and sign-off.
